Welcome to Oddball Arts, LLC. I am Chloe' Tschudy, owner and operator.

My whole life I've been called "artsy", even though I didn't really see myself that way. Art has always been something I did but never thought would be anything more. Lo and behold, it has ended up being my passion!

The best part about my job is I travel to you. I have worked in Milwaukee, Appleton, Fond du Lac, Oshkosh and more all across Wisconsin. My ultimate goal is to paint outside my home state and bring a little color to the world around me.
